"I have a bundle deal I pay for car insurance life insurance and health insurance and I only don't use the health and don't need the life but I can't cancel them without my insurance going up. I pay 170 for car 53 for life and 42 for health. Also I have the tracker in my car which report 6 months of driving it's suppose to be saving me 104 so I'm not sure if this is a good deal 274. I feel like I've been scammed."

After switching from a different office, we immediately noticed the difference—Taylor didn’t just help us once and disappear, she continued to check in and make sure everything was handled correctly. Taylor followed up to confirm our coverage changes were processed, answered additional questions after the fact, and made sure we were still comfortable with our decisions. She took the time to explain options clearly, respected what we chose, and made sure we understood everything along the way. That level of care made us feel confident and supported—not rushed or forgotten. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely follows through and treats customers like family.
